The webinar will describe the Novel Food authorisation process in the EU, highlighting the scientific and regulatory requirements defined by Regulation (EU) 2015/2283. The key steps for notification and authorisation will be analysed, with a focus on the required safety evidence, including composition data, experience of use and proposed conditions of use. With updated EFSA guidance, participants will understand how to prepare the required documentation.
